Jose Queliz CEO/Founder. I started my career in Aviation in 1986, in my country Dominican Republic, in Dominicana de Aviation, then I moved to the USA, I started working in Aviation in South Florida, in FBO and repairs stations, then I was in Iraq working as a DOD Contractor for US government for 3 years. After that, I changed my vision and started working for the Boeing company in the B787 program as a contractor for 9 years, in South Carolina, Everest Washington and Boeing Japan.

I was away from home for a long time and decided to be close to the family and work close to home. 

QAS started in 2008 to introduce honest and quality service to the aircraft engineering industry. With over 35 years of experience in the industry, Jose has done work for the Marine Corp, Army, and even Boeing in Everett, WA and Japan.

My company was established in 2008, we have worked in and out of Florida. We provide heavy structure repair and fuel tanks inspection and repairs services.
